Dear Members
If April had a personality, it would be “undecided.” Sunshine before breakfast, rain by lunchtime, and if we’re lucky a hint of warmth by the evening. Add in the aftermath of April Fools’, the adjustment to brighter mornings, and the collective hope that coats can finally stay on the rack, and it’s clear this month is all about transition. Here’s what’s been happening as we settle into spring…
Tech Month and Congress have been and gone and personally I feel that both were incredibly successful. Tech Month introduced a new feature to its line up in the form of Tech Month Conga the online game. We ran this over the four weeks of March and the winner from each week received a prize. The photo competition was well received again this year with over 90 entries. At Congress there were a multitude of workshops and lectures being held with good numbers attending both.
So as the cold is hopefully left behind, we can now look forward to more vitamin D as the days grow longer. Let’s see what the next few months have in store.
